Homeowner Advocacy in Lieu of Systemic Support
What happens when you think you are being protected by a government-designed scheme, however, you are left to pick up the bill when things go wrong; and no one is there to support you?

Dear Simply Certification,
Apologies for following up so quickly on Jackie’s behalf.
I wonder if truly, those organisations copied into this email, are aware of the level of crisis presented. And, if they are, why urgent action is not being taken.
As an advocate for people like Jackie, I can convey with sincerity, the deep impact that this system is having, not just on the alleviation of poverty, but also its creation, aside lasting and wholly unacceptable impacts on homes and lives.
It is vital that we now call a spade a spade. A crisis a crisis. A failed process, and a failed system, as exactly those things.
Right now, it is not only the victims of ECO4 that require organisations such as Simply to boldly stand against these widely acknowledged failings. It is the industry itself, which appears to lose faith and trust by the day.
I want to invite you as a key party in this very real nightmare, to participate, to understand, and exercise compassion in the plight, not only of Jackie and John, but of thousands of others like them.
Whilst you may choose to ignore this email, or to pretend – like others – that things are not as bad as they seem, ignorance does not make these problems go away. It deepens the crisis. And deepens desperation.
This is why Jackie’s words may seem strong. Not because they represent your intention, but because to those like Jackie, they express your impact.
Over the coming weeks, we will be building a coalition of ECO4 victims and the organisations willing to protect them.
Rather than vanish, the issues will grow. Until such a time as those who are able, such as Simply, are willing to bring sense into this system.
Rather than being accepted, failed process must be something we actively repel and refuse to conform to, in the knowledge that human suffering should be innately prioritised above the preservation of poor design.
Our strong preference is to engage with you and with each of the organisations copied. Not to rant or rage, but to collaborate in positive spirit, in acknowledgement that the only path to ECO4 justice is one that involves those affected by design.
A series of consultations will begin soon into the new year, in which we would very much welcome your participation and input.
In the meantime, I am available to discuss with anyone who is willing, the desperate situation that now presents itself.

This is just bullying behaviour by yourselves at Simply Certification.
I have had enough bullying by Central Eco Solutions during our ECO4 installation and now the agencies that have been set up to protect and advise the public when ECO4 goes wrong are now bullying the homeowners.
