Failed Ezy-fit Internal Wall Insulation by Octopus Energy
Installation failed due to poor quality work and incorrect system choice. After botched work led to mould and damp, the insulation was removed entirely, leaving me in a stripped-back, freezing house. The ‘reinstatement’ work failed too.
ECO4 – Public Money, Shareholder Gain, and Homeowner Pain
ECO4 installers appear to be cutting corners and doing everything as quickly as possible to make more profit. There is no organisation that has the power to oversee these companies, there is no accountability and there is no route for compensation.

UK Eco Solutions visited my property to do a survey on 20th February 2024. The following Monday, I received a phone call saying they could start the following day. I was driving to a regular appointment, the signal was patchy , so it was just a brief discussion to arrange that they would arrive on Tuesday 27th February.
